What types of properties do you buy?

We buy a variety of properties. However, we focus on single family rentals in the DFW metroplex.

How fast can you close on my property?

We can close as fast or as slow as you like. With all cash offers, we can eliminate a lot of the headache of the transaction process of selling a home.

Do you offer property management services?

Yes, we offer full-service property management for all of our residential rental properties.

What if there is an emergency on the property?

If necessary, call 911 for any emergency that may require it. If there is an emergency with the property (water running, broken window, or a tree falling down on the property) please call your property manager and submit a maintenance requests.

How can I pay my rent?

We request that you make your monthly rent payment online. If the payment is not received by the due date please let the property manager know ASAP.
